This story is a project aiming to connect Ukraine and the UK through
acting.

Recorded in two versions, English and Ukrainian, the story is voiced by
award winning audiobook narrator Kristin Atherton, and the hugely
talented Anna Horianska of Drama School Kyiv.

 

A mysterious young woman, kidnapped by enemy forces, is
smuggled from her Ukrainian village to a makeshift prison on the
Russian side.

There, in the middle of the forest, she is interrogated by eminent
psychiatrist Dr Borosova. Because the young woman holds a secret that
represents a grave threat to the Russian military, one which they will
do anything to stop.

Kristin Atherton is a bi-lingual stage and screen performer, as well as an award-winning audiobook narrator. She is known for her roles in Outlander, K-Shop, Waterloo Road, and Charlotte Link – Ohne Schuld, to name a few. In addition, Kristin is a regular on-stage performer with both the English National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Society, and has acted in The Hard Problem and Julius Caesar respectively.
